Yes, it is impossible to use an addon for macros, those addons was banned anyways a long time ago. 
If you were to try though, I would suggest only using /me as otherwise you will annoy people. I mean, you’ll be annoying them anyway but perhaps not to the same degree as a /s.
There are addons that can change sounds played, it could have it make a sound on your end saying exactly that if you can make the file… In the past I used it for every spell and action, it was too funny and I would die laughing cause I couldn’t keep my eyes open due to cry laughing…
Pretty sure they can do the same thing but make it /say… just gotta find the person to code it
^^apparently I could be wrong on that /say part, was removed, prob at least be funny on your end and less intrusive to players around you if you used sounds.
