Is there a way to have the postmaster not send you junk items?

I find it annoying that the postmaster sends me grey quality items in the mail I don’t think I have any use for them other than selling for around 40 copper a pieces, which is nothing. Is there a way to turn this off in the settings.

The reason they’re worth so little is because the postmen split them up equally across all mailboxes in azeroth

How did you think they mailed it to you in different locations?

I just hate how after running an old raid, MC for example, he mails me all the unvendorable crap I purposefully didn’t loot.

I can’t delete the mail…
And if I loot the items I have to remove each individually from my bag pasting in ‘delete’ everytime it asks “are you sure you want to delete this useless item”

I bet the postmaster keeps all the awesome TF BoEs i forget to loot, cause i never see those :thinking:

Blizzard needs to add an option to delete mail with items in it. Simple fix. Just add a ‘are you sure you want to do this’ incase you accidentally click it and delete a bunch of items you want or need.

There’s an add-on that removes the need to type delete when destroying gear. It’s great. Forget what it’s called though. I’ve been using it for years.

I know I have one that auto hits yes for the yes/no prompt, wasn’t aware about one for the ‘delete’ promp

I SO wish the postmaster would stop doing this!

i wish the game wouldn’t just toss the enchanting mats that just disappear because my bags got full while disenchanting stuff

There’s an add-on I use that removes the need to type “delete” everytime. It’s made my life soooooo much better ever since. I forget what it’s called.

I found one that auto selects ‘yes’ when deleting. I’ll have to have a look for one that does delete too.

I once ran Forge of Souls for a dagger tmog. The first boss drops Papa’s Brand New Bag. This is a unique BOP item. You can only have one in your possession. So once you get one, you can’t even pick up another.

It took me about 30+ times to get the dagger (mostly because I had the wrong spec on - this was back when they made the change so that all the dungeons were on PL).

At the end I had about 20 bags in my mail. The only way I could clear my mail was to delete the bag in my inventory. Then open ONE new mail. And repeat 18 more times.

Ridiculous.

Oh, and PS - I couldn’t delete the mail because (iirc) the item is epic quality.
