The delayed fireworks show that happens when your abilities proc is what gets me. It makes me take 1-2 seconds longer to realize when I should use it.

Remember all that accessibility talk at the start of the xpac? Just lies.
They keep doing these changes that nobody asked for and say “this is how it is now, get used to it”. They are so out of touch with the people that play this game. Im convinced they dont actually play their own game.
Hopefully somebody makes an addon for yet another problem they created.

Remarkable to see people telling others they should do homework for their leisure time activity. Whatever works for you is great for you, but those of us who don’t want to do homework to play a video game are and should be allowed to bring accessibility issues we run into to light without being told we should have studied for what isn’t a test.

EXACTLY this. Over-stimulation is a real problem for me as well and it’s one of the reasons I’ve done things like muted Discord soundboard and switched from DBM to Big/Littlewigs. Being able to minimize such issues is a necessity or else I simply won’t be able to continue playing.

I would like to see an Accessibility option to disable all animation & glow effects on the action bars. The new visuals are so distracting and the fact that it sparkles every GCD is incredibly distracting. I’ll be seeking an addon, but I would definitely prefer to use default action bars & be able to turn off the animations.

Yes exactly this! ElvUI might be back in my future again which is unfortunate, but it is what it is I suppose.

really odd. Mine are all razor sharp. Wonder if the pixel size/resolution is making that worse for some people?

would you give something a shot? its got me really curious about something.
go into your settings > system > Graphics > Render Scale (just below Resolution)
If that is at 100%, try dropping it down to 98% and compare your icons to the 100% setting.
I swear at 100% it seems a little more fuzzed than at 98%…which is why mine is set at 98%.

THANK YOU! I placed the Bar folder in my addons folder and the fireworks have finally stopped. I can’t believe they added this “feature” with no option is disable it.
the new cooldown swipes are awful, and dont give an accurate, intuitive indication.
the repair all button used to be either yellow or grey.
now its grey or slightly less grey.
the new menu icons cannot be reduced to less than 100% size, aka the size they’ve been for the past 8 months.
Reading it early or not doesn’t make it look less like garbage. Not everything they do is perfect, no one cares if you are a PTR fanboy.
