The group finder icons look horrible. Small design with color and minimal pixelization makes it look hazy,
And the action bar is frustrating because that extra white glow as the cooldown spins makes it difficult to tell the exact time an ability is ready

i also would like to know how to disable the new animations, and id also like to say that less than 3 hrs into patch and already there is a thread with 6/7 ppl asking for a way to revert

Most people don’t play PTR. So this thread along with the others of the same issue wouldn’t be as elevated.

It’s definitely an improvement in visual clarity but I can see how it could be distracting to people who are used to reading cooldowns with the old animation. It would be nice if there’s an option to revert it.

What’s unhinged is not being able to read. I never once said playing ptr to get info. I said watch videos.
Not trying to be mean, I just figure at this point. People should be a bit more invested in media about upcoming changes so they aren’t blindsided on patch day. And so they can provide quicker feedback to blizz and maybe not get these changes pushed through if they don’t like them.

What I don’t get is this would have been the PERFECT time to make the icons use class color, why didn’t they? Would make applying a LOT easier, as it is I don’t bother applying to groups with 2 DPS because I just assume they’re looking for aclass with Heroism for the 3rd spot.
Could someone post a screenshot of the new action bar animations please, mine look the same as they’ve always been to me (could be the result of an addon).
