What you are trying to do is your thing not mine, we are all different. I have my ideas, I made policy with my idea, if people likes it we can make it work if not then no,why they have to harass my thread? if you don’t like it just pass or maybe speak about it but harassment has nothing to do .

you can either view their profile and hit “ignored” in the drop down menu in the upper right, which by default says “Normal.”
or you can report user for trolling, off topic.
after reviewing your profile, you don’t seem to PvP that much, at least on that character.

I do WPVP usually, help people with conquer of azeroth,hord slayer and bounty looting stuff.
I play on my Arms trying to hit rival sitting at 1690 now.
