Sometimes it’s tiring to type a big paragraph… Is there a speech to text somehow?

He wants to type with voice, not have text read to him.
Also tts in wow is very selective about what it actually reads and if people get chatty it just falls like… minutes behind real time.

I doubt addons could do that. They’re scripted and in a security sandbox that doesn’t allow them access to hardware or services that would be used for that.
There’s probably a solution external to WoW that could do speech to text and feed it into wow like it was from the keyboard.
it would be nice like in mythic plus to give directions while in fight so you can focus on the mech instead of trying to type really fast and you hope you hit all the right keys enough to make sense
I know that there is one for Classic that uses AI to voice text, its pretty cool. dont think there is one for Retail, kinda wish i remembered the dang name,
