Reminds me of Rimworld, making clothing and chairs out of humanoid leather.

There were some simple non-set sets in vanilla that were very primitive leathers. I can’t remember the names, but I am fairly certain the guards in the horde town north of the Kodo Boneyard in Desolace are wearing one.

Tbh I’d look at the WotLK green sets or maybe the leather items from wintergrasp if still available.
Probably some pieces you could throw together.
Maldraxxis leather set.
You know, when you want to look like you went dumpster diving in your nearest graveyard.
I don’t think I ever seen a skinned tauren in Wow. Centaur sure, orcs and taurens use them to make rugs. Human faces are also needed to construct gnoll tents but beyond that I can’t think of any.
