Is there a tool to see your latency when connecting to other servers?

Normally this is a none issue but for the past month there has been excessive DDos attacks on a connecting node my isp uses.

The annoying part of this issue is it is manifests when connecting to certain regions (seems to be east coast), when it does my latency spikes up past 3k and the game becomes unplayable. This is doubly annoying when discovering the issue in ranked.

I am just wondering is there is a website that gives the all clear if you can queue safety or not.

So im not stuck digging out a 800mmr hole in ranked ;p

If you can find the IP address for the WOW server you are playing on, you can open a command console in Windows and use the tracert command to see all the server hops from your PC to the server. Not much you can do if one of the hops has a high ping, other than use a VPN to re-route your connection.

If there was a sure fire way to only queue for servers in a specific region oceanic players would have been using it for the past decade, no dice however.
