I don’t think this would ever be a popular opinion, but I do wish Divine Intervention still existed. I didn’t use it often, but I remember fighting Arcanist Doan and we were doing pretty poorly. I saved our healer and we ended up finishing the fight. Barely, but we made it. I guess it was pretty rare of me to use but, it felt like some sort of courageous action. I also liked Rune of Power. That’s probably not a very popular opinion, but I liked the aesthetic of it. It felt very arcane, which is my favorite mage spec. As for another mage talent, I enjoyed Frostjaw, but I guess being able to silence someone one after another was kind of unfair? And finally, I miss all of the removed totems and the totem bar. I liked having the option to select a loadout of sorts for my totems and then dropping them all at once. One totem for healing, one for armor, one for shooting fire-all that. It isn’t that totems don’t matter anymore, but they don’t feel nearly as important to the class as they used to-at least in my experience. I really liked having to do shaman quests for my totems but I certainly don’t miss carrying them in my bags. Lol. If I could have these abilities back, that would be pretty rad.

I can’t remember if it was actually called straight-up ‘Flame Orb’ but I miss my giant ball of plasma that fired beams as it followed a path ahead of me.

God, I miss glyphed versions of spells. Evocation was a good one. I had that glyph. I also miss the Consecration glyph that made Consecration follow you as you moved. Super useful.
