Is there a Ruby Whelpling pet?

While playing my Evoker I like to have a whelpling pet with me. I have a blue and a bronze one so far but haven’t found a red one yet. Does such a pet exist?

There’s also Belastraza from the Whelpling Daycare quest line. They’re just companion not battle pets but finishing the quest line will get you one from each of the Flights.
