Is there a minimum level need to get free transfer to PvE server?

My Priest just died and is now poor so I was thinking about killing my lvl1 bank that has all the gold but I just want to make sure there isn’t going to be an issue with that.

Has anyone transferred a lvl1 character? Is there a minimum level to get the free server transfer?

Make a level 1 sacrifice character and test it.

You can transfer any character at any level from HC to another server. You don’t have to kill yourself either as death is not required for the transfer.
