I searched and didn’t find any other topic about this but is there not a mage spell for teleport / portal to Dornogal yet? I can’t remember for sure but I think the spells were automatically learned in DF for Valdrakken. Maybe they won’t be available until the 26th?

Yes there is, there’s a portal trainer in Dornogal. Personal teleport available at 72 and portal at 80, I think?
