Is there a macro that can trigger in-combat status without an attackable target?

So, as a Demon Hunter player, I strongly prefer the in-combat running animation with the warglaives, which looks awesome, over the default out-of-combat one, which I think looks goofy on a male NE to begin with, but especially so with two huge warglaives in each hand.

Is there any macro I can make that in some way tricks the game into thinking the character is in combat and triggering in-combat animation? I’m looking for something that can be triggered at any time so preferably doesn’t rely on having an attackable target nearby.
