Is there a list or anything of all the consumables you can use now in non rated bg's?

I know recently they made flasks and other things unusable but did anything fall through the cracks? What are some things people are still using to get an edge? If any. Thanks

I like saltwater potion, electric shock and web pull. My engineer potion and rocket flame are handy as well.
