Is there a limit to how much soul ash you can get a week?

I did torghast level 3 3 times and I noticed the last 2 times no soul ash dropped
so I’m stuck at 505 ash, is 500 ash the weekly cap or something?

There is a limit. You can only get ash once per floor end boss. So if you’ve run 3 levels of a wing, you’ve received all the ash you can get from that wing. Go to the other wing and run those levels (you can skip directly to level 3 there and it gives you all the ash from levels 1 and 2). For the first week, counting the ash you get from the quest as well, you should have (if I remember right) 805 soul ash, if you’ve completed all the levels on both open wings.
