Someone is exploiting the flag system

Hello. So there’s many topics in both the General Discussion and Story Forum that are, from what I can tell, not offensive or rule breaking getting flagged into being closed. Someone may want to take a look into this. Maybe ban the account doing it. Its clearly trolling

Is/was just a bug.
