Is there a guild name checker?

I want to change the name of my guild but I know you can’t create duplicate guild names. Is there some search function somewhere I can use to check if the names I want are already taken?

I think if you type a guild name you have in mind in the search bar on the main WoW page, it will search any and all guilds/servers with that guild name.

I just typed in an old guild I was in and two popped up. Hope that helps!

I checked here when making an alt bank recently.

You mean the armory? I thought that was just for characters but I never checked.

Hm, yeah I think it’s the armory, the same search bar you’d use to look for character names on the main WoW page. You’ll be able to see if a guild name is taken on your particular server or not.

You can also use it for guilds.
