Google Classic WoW Wand Progression and you’ll definitely find a list.

But I can start you out

Lvl 5-Lesser Magic Wand
Level 13- Greater Magic Wand
Level 19±Gravestone Scepter from BFD quest. Earliest yoh can pick up quest is 19.
Level 30- Wand from an SFK GY rare don’t know the name.

Also Cookies Stirring Rod and Starfaller from Deadmines and Wailing Caverns until you can get Gravestone are good options.
