Is there a Dread Gladiator vendor?

For S1 BFA PvP gear? Can’t find anything on wowhead, source of the pieces in the appearance tab says vendor. Anyone know where this vendor might be? If it exists?

I believe all of that Xmog stuff gets added to a vendor when SL officially launches. I do remember seeing that buried in the patch notes.

when SL launches go to Marshal Gabriel in Boralus and buy the BFA sets and weapon sets
