Is there a base ilevel addon?

Is there an addon available that can display a normalized ilvl or a zero ilvl stat distribution in the tooltip to assist with gear selection? I am struggling to determine where an item will end up without creating item sets on Raidsbots, and I would like a tool that can help me make better gear choices.

Specifically when choosing between Drakebreakers and Crimson items for optimized stats.

In general, trinkets aside, all current gear in Retail has the same stat budget per slot. So the one with the higher ilvl cap will eventually have more stats. Aside from that it just comes down to what secondaries you’re after and set bonuses.
