Is the Vicious War Basilisk unobtainable?

I just realized that I have every ‘Vicious War’ mount, except for this one from a reward from a certain season in BFA. Is it now unobtainable?

Like all vicious mounts so far, it should be added to the vendor for a saddle when the expansion ends.
