I stopped playing sometime after legion and before the end of BfA. In that time, it seems as though RP has just plummeted from what I remember. While it wasn’t amazingly strong in legion, it was at least somewhat present.

Yep. All there is are vulpera doing not-normal stuff in Org. Similar to worgens doing weird crap in SW. Solo RP’ers who start a big RP speech and no one joins unless the persons got a buddy.
Ima just say its toxic and Im not a fan of RP but I know when its not tame and should stop.
RP servers (Like RP before the PVP realms lost their PvP in the name not what was RPPVP) are the best place to RP. Just the good ol’ RP servers.
Either stay on BH or tell Rallys I extend my formal invitation to ED at long last. Dawnbringer is recruiting Blood Elves only for RPPVP
