Is the new LFG tool available yet?

I’m only level 17, but figured the LFG tool would be in my UI by now. I didn’t see any notes that it will be added later, like Duel Spec. Anyone know when it will be available, or I should have it already?

Thank you! I knew as soon as I posted it, I would find it, and sure enough. went back to the game, was looking for my Item Rack icon and found LFG under my Questie icon… =/
