Cannot start (or even configure) Text-to-Speech for Chat since the Configure TTS panel (Interface -> Accessibility -> then push Red “Configure Text to Speech” button) does not work.
The resulting panel has empty selector lists for Voice Options - no choices appear in the dropdown box that shows up.
Mac OS level text-to-speech is working perfectly, but wow TTS seems not functional.
Didn’t see an OS rev restriction noted anywhere, but if it helps we’ve tried it on 10.14.6 (Mojave) and on my wife’s system, 10.13.6 (High Sierra).
Both have the same exact issue, blank popup selector lists. Would attach a screenshot but I’d guess that’s not allowed on the forums.

Updating, wife just upgraded to Big Sur version of MacOS and it works now!
So the Text-to-Speech for Chat is MacOS dependent, needs Big Sur.
Anyone know about it working on Catalina? Mojave == no, Big Sur == yes, but the one in the middle?
