Is the latest "Legendary" bug fixed yet?

Fyr'alath/Nasz'uro cannot be upgraded at the upgrade NPC after using Scale

This is now fixed on all realms.

Also I noticed the OP also asked this in the very thread I linked. I guess clicking on the ‘blizz’ buttons on the right hand side is hard.
