Memes aside, no one with half a brain actually cares about a bracket where you can (1) do absolutely nothing and win for free or (2) play your heart out and lose for free.

It’s a mixed bag and means basically nothing in terms of skill expression. It’s just fun to ruffle shuffler feathers just like they ruffled 3s.
