Is the Deathstalker talent Corrupt the Blood still breaking Stealth/Vanish?

I can’t post on the PTR Beta forums for some reason, but I saw this issue raised there and on YouTube. Apparently, the Deathstalker talent Corrupt the Blood can break Stealth. It was game breaking for Sin in PvP when Stealth/Vanish broke because of our tier set in DF S2 (which meant we didn’t play tier), and now I fear that one of our Hero Talent trees will be hurting us in PvP, too.

Can anyone confirm if this issue persists or if it’s been fixed?

Sub-talent in the “Deathstalker” tree called “Corrupt the blood” (Rupture deals an additional N-Plague damage each time it deals damage, stacking up to 10 times. Yes it does, just like replicating shadows for us Subtlety rogues and sanguine blades for our Assassin cousins was doing temporarily.
