Is the Battle.net client and installer availble native for Windows ARM?

I’ve heard WoW clients have native exes for ARM. I’m wondering if there is a Battle.net installer exe and/or if the Battle.net app has native exes for Windows on ARM?

I’m interested in running WoW on my phone through Wine but don’t have an environment to emulate x86 and need pure ARM. I’m thinking the ARM WoW executables are only downloaded when Battle.net is ran on ARM (I don’t see any on x86), but I’m wondering if Bnet on Windows ARM is running native ARM or through a x86 emulation layer.

World of Warcraft is only 64bit now.

I want to know about the Battle.net client, preferably from someone who is actively using Windows on ARM.

As far as I’m aware, the Battle.net app is strictly x86-64. Even on Apple Silicon Macintoshes. (The x86 emulation is good enough for that.)
