Can’t remember if I picked it up on the character I was playing but I did 4 delves and saw the quest there. I normally pick up everything on each character at once since I am playing 7 or so now but it could be a repeat too?

It’s repeating! - I did twice… 2nd time in zombie mode not even realizing it.
but if I haven’t done it I want to do it.
if you have not done it then do it once after that dont touch it
it seems to be bugged and repeat yeah.
it’s tempting because i have 3 left to do to get to 8, would line up well 
i think it’s more ethical to not redo it tho.
I wish blizzard’s interface was better - it is really hard to remember and the addon someone suggested to keep track doesn’t appear to.
I picked it up again the day after completing it, but I won’t be turning it in a 2nd time UNLESS Blizzard confirms it’s supposed to be a daily.
I’d just do it. There’s no way that they’re going to try and penalize people for just doing a quest and there’s 100% no way for them to determine between people who know it’s not supposed to be daily and people who are just doing a quest that pops up without thinking about it.

It’s not a daily cause it gives a box. I was so confused because I thought I did it yesterday so i’m glad im not losing my mind.

The quest shows up anytime you relog apparently. Bliz probably should get on that unless they want people having 200 keys.
Because if they do nothing then everyone who didn’t repeat it 100 times is going to be pissed they held off.

It’s the same chest you can get from any other world content so I’m sure it’ll only give four keys and then garbage as usual.

I know it isn’t supposed to be a daily because there is no other weekly around. But all my characters blend together when I have to do the same thing 7 times.
The fishing derby on the other hand - who knows how it is supposed to work because it changes each week.
Use this to check if you’ve done it:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(82706))
that returns “false” and i have done it.
Exploit early, exploit often.
If it’s something like a quest like this where everyone is doing it, I don’t see the harm lol.
You could just say you thought it was repeatable or something lmao. It is the first weekly delve quest, after all.
Also, delve journey progress sucks, and this helps with that.
Technically given its Delves bonus week for all we know this is intended for grinding progress. But Bliz has said nothing one way or another despite having been made aware of it. so were all just left wondering
