Is Twisting Corridor a waste of time? I mean after you play through all layers. It seems there is no point of going back because you won’t get any reward. Why don’t we at least get some little ash after 2-3 hrs?

its mage tower content of shadowlands but with a mount instead of a weapon appearance i agree though 18 layers in 1 run is the most time intensive activity in the game i think maybe beside mythic raiding or arenas and rated battlegrounds

after you clear 8? i don’t think there’s any reason to go back at least on the same character. i enjoyed doing it but I’m done on this character at least until new layers open. might check it out on an alt or two once i gear up a bit, though.

The first time through, it’s worth it if you enjoy collecting the pet, toy, title, and mount. After that, big waste of time.
its just for fun, it wasnt designed as a mega grind uber reward gibe mode
Won’t matter because in 9.1 all mounts will be useable in the Meh

Same. Did it on main, and then only went back in with alts on the “find signs of Anduin” quests.

I did that on either this toon and my other hunter main after that I went he can rot .

Dont ever compare this trash to the Mage tower… a pet and a mount does not equal 34 amazing wep transmogs and 2 druid forms…

It’s a waste of time now. So glad I didn’t chase that mount and give myself a heart attack.

The one thing it can give you is, when you down the last boss of the last layer, is a sense you can now solo pretty much any raid boss on any difficulty.
It’s intoxicating but also very false.

Pretty much a waste of time, only reason initially to push layer 8 was for the mount. Now that 9.1 will allow any mount to be used, it essentially is the much longer. More annoying version of the mage tower, that just rewards in my opinion meh items. If you want to do it for prestige go for it, if not I can say it’s a massive pain to run, and takes hours for the upper layers to do.
I went back through once, just for fun.
But ya, it’s not fun enough to keep doing. There’s better boredom sinks in this game.
Once you complete all layers your finished,there is no need to repeat it. However I ended up doing it twice because a friend asked for assistance.
I finished TC 8 on 3 different characters, with only the first giving any kind of reward (the mount). I don’t know why I do this to myself.

I don’t remember, can you recruit Covenant followers in there?
That might be a worthwhile use of it, if so.
