Is Tak-Rethan Abyss bugged?

I’m currently doing this delve and I can’t progress because there are no air bubbles in the underwater portion.

Am I missing something? I’ve done this one before and there’s normally bubbles, but for some reason there are none this time.

I can clear about the first 2 packs before I start drowning and there’s no way to get air without running back to the start.

What’s going on?

I just use a water breathing potion. Takes the place of a damage flask, but keeps me from having to worry about breath.

You have Unending Breath as a talent, why would the lack of air bubbles bother you at all?

When it’s the niffen story you get an extra action button that spawns a bubble after the first objective. Double check you have extra action buttons displayed.

Something like this happened early on my warriors run on kriegval rest with the candles and the checkpoint stone. Every time I pick them up it just dissapear on me and they didnt respawn again… it was strange.

Also check the extra button as other mention already…

Shimmerscale diving helmets still work. Shimmerscales don’t take the place of any potions and have a 15 minute duration. They are made with BFA leatherworking.

I was doing it on my guardian Druid sadly

I haven’t even done the first objective because I can’t stay underwater long enough.

Edit: I figured it out and I feel like such an idiot… Apparently I forgot to talk to the little niffen guy at the entrance. If you don’t accept the objectives the bubbles don’t spawn in :expressionless: lol

Uh, Druids have an underwater Travel Form.

I just periodically shift into aquatic form and ignore bubbles on this guy as Greymarc said.

Bumping this because air bubbles do not spawn during the boss encounter - spawn normally during the delve, and the extra action button also no longer provides air bubbles during the boss encounter.

It’s still broken. No bubbles during boss encounter.

Thats odd I have never had them spawn on the boss encounter, but also my breath timer goes away during the encounter so figured it was normal.

Use the Noggenfogger Elixir, which you can buy from Sprinkle Noggenfogger in Gadgetzan. The skeleton effects allows you to breathe underwater, and since it’s an elixir, it doesn’t waste a potion CD.

I use [Draenic Water Breathing Elixir] and I never worry about bubbles. ::shrug::

[Elixir of Water Breathing] and [Elixir of Greater Water Breathing] work just as well, use what ever’s cheapest (be aware the first is only 30 minutes, though).
