Is Sylvanas truly only in it for herself?

With Blizzard’s writing one never knows, but yea something can be pulled out of the fact that Sylvanas fought bravely (vain and arrogant but) giving her all to her people and was wronged in a terrible way, she was deprived of her freedom, forced into a monstrous state (apparently undead warriors are valorous souls ment to defend the Shadowlands) that doesn’t belong in the living world. She then seeks to end the wronger, ends her life and is punished because of that.
Whoever decided she should go to the maw for that (arbiter or not) doesn’t seem very fair.
I hope the story is more into the Jailer being chained by whomever is now funneling endless souls to the maw.
BfA Sylvanas making as much sense as the whole bfa story=none. Not to be taken seriously.
