I don’t get deep into the lore so Idk but now that she has all her soul back, intact, is she still a banshee?
Also, was she able to keep the extra powers she got, the ones she used to kill Saurfang?

Just wouldn’t use them in that way anymore because the “good half” of her would be conflicted, I guess.

Still a Banshee, cause Banshees are just basically ghosts or languishing souls cut off from the Shadowlands by a violent or tragic death that causes the souls to experience trauma. Sylvanas is still traumatized and a ghost, she’s just possessing her OWN body permanently the way Banshees usually possess someone else’s.
As for her Jailer gifted powers, I imagine these are gone, for one thing unless they existed independent of the Jailer himself her patron supplier is dead and his anima/magic dissipated.
I also don’t think Zovaal, despite his sarcastic “gratitude”, would leave a fraction of his power with someone who just violently tried to betray him… maybe he’s dumb enough to, he’s done some dumb stuff this expansion.

OP, I think old lore made banshees out to specifically be spirits whose souls were isolated or harmed by trauma which makes them unable to pass.
Sylvanas’ soul was repaired, but she can still, presumably, retain all of her old abilities as an incorporeal specter.
Her physical body is darkfallen (high elf vampire) which explains how she doesn’t rot.
