The spell itself is in my spellbook as a passive, but it sometimes shows up and sometimes doesn’t (randomly disappears from my book). The tooltip reads and feels redundant with Sentinel’s Mark as part of the hero tree.
I’ve been online all day grinding and just only now am seeing Sentinel’s Mark (blue arrow debuff) pop up on enemies. Does Spotter’s Mark work the same? I have not seen that proc.
Asking because my damage feels SUPER low and I feel like there are bugs or something else at play… or I am garbage
