Currently I am unable to connect to the game, are other people having similar issues? I get to the “Logging into game server” and then a minute later I get disconnected.
Im having the same issue.
Could be anything between you and Blizzard. Tech Support forum is a better place to ask - you might want to run a ping/tracert/winMTR report for fault finding too - it’ll show if any hops are experiencing packet loss.
You might want to post in Tech Support and include your State and ISP. That information can help if it’s a localized issue.
I haven’t tried logging into the game, but I’ve been having internet issues since about midnight. My internet connection randomly drops and then restarts. I’ve had to reboot my router at least 5 times in the last 2 hours. I rarely have connection issues and I’m starting to wonder if there is a problem with AT&T.
I had similar issues a few years back when playing wow , after attempting all the trouble shooting and being in contact with blizzard support they suggested i run a connection test (forgot the steps but im sure someone will know it and be able to post)
it tested the direct connection to the blizzard server along with providing node information (packet loss , damage node ect) and it was determined it was an ISP issue and upon talking with them my connection was redirected and fixed.
another small fix that might work is a vpn as you’re again redirected and could help stablize your connection if its an isp thing.
