Can we get official clarification if the policy change [here](https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/29162) is intended to prohibit the player behavior of selling World Buffs across factions? There is a popular practice of players using a Horde-side character to Mind Control an Alliance character so that they can receive the Warchief’s Blessing (Rend Buff.) The player that received the buff would then pay gold to Alliance side alt of the Horde Character that did the Mind Control.
It said nothing via trade window is illegal or in game systems.
There isn’t really anything to clarify none of this would be illegal

If I’m ally and I’m selling rend I have a separate account for a horde priest
Someone who wants rend gives me 40g (trade window) and I MC them during rend.
If I’m horde and I wanna sell rend to ally I make an ally toon on another account and that toon gets all the gold then weekly I xfer if myself thru the neutral AH (in game system).
There is literally nothing illegal about this.
Well except the neutral AH transfer which they just said isn’t supported now, which makes no sense to me. But they couldn’t clarify if you’d get in trouble or not.
I don’t think they have any idea what they’re talking about because they literally just tried to clarify it in a blue post but the person trying to clarify it also doesn’t understand what’s going on…

read the blue post he linked to any trades you do like this run the risk of a ban due to the system thinking that maybe it’s RMT-related

But the xfaction AH is still legal so i don’t see why this wouldn’t be. Otherwise just use that to make the transaction.
Modern Blizz is a clownshow. Haven’t enjoyed any of their new release (except the base D4 campaign i guess and even then it was “fine”) in nearly a decade.
i enjoyed that too but i got disappointed because it was UN-finished and now i must buy the new expansion to complete the main story.
so i paid 100$ at release yet i need to buy dlc to finish the main story rofl.
