At 250 speed its giving the same amount as plainsrunner from last expansion, seems off.

It has to be off. To my knowledge its the only enchant that didn’t increase with the new expansion. The amount of the stat to gain a percent increased with the level increase and now 250 speed is almost nothing.
Speed to boots has always been my go-to regardless of what my role was or what other enchants were used in that expansion, but at the moment it just isn’t enough to bother with.
yeah, this is a pretty big oversight.
The scout’s march requires a tinderbox, 30 storm dust, and 5 gleaming shards. over 10k in mats on my server, whereas the three star plainsrunner is selling for 2k.
As a enchanter who didnt play Dragon Flight, this is lame.
Blizzard decided to NERF Plainsrunner’s Breeze to 125 run speed instead of actually buffing Scout’s March.

It is under budget if compared to other enchants from Dragonflight. Bracer is giving 1000. Devotion of speed (dragonflight) is 250. It is a 4x buff.
Scout’s March should be also 1000 just like the bracers. But the developer responsible for this is joking with us.
Ya instead of buffing scouts they nerf plains, screwing over tons of people and forcing them to pay 5k+ for the same thing they logged out in the day before, thought bliz was against that… I thought it was 1k on beta and got knee jerk nerfed and then this happens… sigh.
