Title. Good for Unholy or Blood? I seem to always see Rider or Deathbringer DKs.
As far as I’m aware, that “Hero Talent” tree is just for the Void Elf / Night Elf / Blood Elf community to appease the vampire enthusiasts.
All jokes aside, I find it too boring for Unholy and Blood alike and statistically it seems to be you can do everything it could do in quick succession as Rider for Unholy.
For Unholy, Wowhead says yes:

Simmed ith as u holy and riders wins by a mile
And due to rune carved plates it’s not really worthwhile for blood even if it was more DPS (which it isn’t).
