You can’t call Blizzard. The dial in phone line was ended over a decade ago, and was never supposed to be used for appeals. It was supposed to be Tech Support, Billing, and account access (missing authenticator, lost email access, etc.).
The only way they accept appeals is via ticket. Just in case anyone needs to do that.

If gold sellers are reaaching out through google ads to get buyers wouldn’t getting rid of those advertisements help curb RMT?

I feel like Blizzard needs to add to the social agreement, add another one starting next patch before you log in, a huge big screen distorting pop-up and state something like : “Click to agree…, etc by agreeing to this, you agree that if you buy gold your account will be permanently banned, no appeals etc this is everyone’s last warning”. I feel like that would end 99% of gold buying which would destroy gold sellers.

Homie they haven’t been able to stop it for 20 years. Blizzard rests on their haunches 24/7. They refuse to hire new full time gms. All you can do is pray M$FT fixes this broken mba ran company.

People have misused the phone, or ticket systems to get to Live Chat or Phone Callback (when they had it). That does not mean that is the route for appeals or that they will do anything. Yelling at people in real time to try to get unbanned is something they try to avoid.
Come hang around the CS forum and you can read thread after thread where Blues try to explain this to people. People who are upset that they can’t just call Blizzard and argue about their ban.
I am not lying in any way. You are trying to suggest that people abuse the ticket system to find a away to get a real time interaction - when NONE of the options for appeal takes you to one.
They should just start answering those with a meme like “Sir, this is a Wendy’s”. Appeals are over there 
For the third time, only run GDKP with people you trust, or don’t run GDKP, and you won’t have to worry about whether someone got their gold through RMT or not within the scope of this policy. I don’t know how else to say it lol
If you choose to run GDKP, it is your job to determine if the gold you’re getting is legit or not. Neither myself nor anyone else is responsible for telling you how to make that happen.

That has been the rule for 20 years. We have had a EULA/TOS that we had to agree to for 20 years. People still risk their accounts, still get banned, and still cry. I don’t see that ever changing no matter how many warnings people have to click through. Some just want to cheat and don’t care if they get caught.
They CAN stop it, by doing to WoW what they did with D3 which stops all gold trading, or any higher level materials. I just don’t see them going scorched earth in WoW.
What are you talking about? No company is required to have a dial in support phone line in the US. Some do, but many are ticket, email, or live chat. Some combo of those.
They have a registered business address and phone number, I am sure. That is not for customer support though.
