Prior to this week, I got one within my first 3 kills each week.
This week, I’m on 15 kills (you can kill them multiple times a day) and still no reefwalker bark.
Maybe I’m just being paranoid…
Also, was the abyssal conch hotfixed to be a once a week item? You used to be able to get it once a day from the event.
Can you use the bark more than once a week? I didn’t hunt the corals like clockwork but I would usually kill them multiple times during the weeks prior, and only ever saw the ancient bark once a week.
Also, yes it seems they changed the abyssal conch to be once/weekly.
I haven’t gotten it this week though. It’s supposed to be a once a week item.
reefwalker bark is usually a rare drop. if you got 1-3 your lucky. I got none in my first week. lot better shot at getting it from leading the colossal Ray to the big tree guy… cant remember the Name… look it up on wow head… kill the colossal ray infront of him and he comes to life… much higher drop chance.
Easiest to spawn is Oronu. Buy pet, spawn pet at feet. It’s alive!
Also, only Urduu and Oronu have dropped the ancient bark for me. Those other two been denying me rep!
This isn’t what I’m saying.
I’m saying its been consistently easy to get for the one time every week up until this week where it seems to of stopped dropping all together.
Maybe you were just lucky prior? I’ve been doing 3 each day on multiple characters(the 4th a few times on this girl with the Colossal Ray, too much hasle for that one though) and I’ve only gotten the bark on this girl twice and my Hunter once.
