Is recipe for draconic phial cauldron acct bound or is that just for the cauldron?

I’m needing the recipe for the raid cauldron. It’s 200-400k on my realm but 35k on other realms. The recipe says “binds to account” but it is also in the AH. So I was wondering if I could buy it on an alt for 35k on another realm and mail to myself or if “binds to account” refers only to the cauldron itself?

At a glance it looks like “bind to account” only refers to the cauldron. The recipe should be subject to whatever rules normally govern unbound recipes/items. I honestly haven’t looked into how cross-realm mailing/trading works now, but that could be a possibility.

Thanks, that’s kind of what I thought but was hoping I was wrong. I should look into that. Maybe I could pay someone to trade it to me and still get it for half-off.

Heck at these prices I should just buy half of the recipes from Area 52 and transfer a toon to my realm and undercut the current posters by 50%. It would pay for the move.
