You’re comparaing a spammable ability for a spec that has massive follow up potential to an ability with a 1 min CD on a sustianed dps class that doesn’t necessarily play a comp that has high follow up potential
Also if you get two gpy casts off in 1 minute you’ve already outvalued it lol
Idk bad comprison m8, especially because Gpy will still have value even when you don’t get one off

Fel lance is a 1600 bracket problem, you just need to los and he can’t move to get to you again where as mage can blink while casting gpie and still get you.
no because dh will just use rain from above whenever, doesn’t matter about their positioning or the healers positioning. Just ape it up in the sky and get hit with bolts and things.

You’re probably right, maybe I’ve played with too many random lfg ape DH that just press it on CD.
could be the play depending on enemy position, i’ve fought dhs in 2s that rip it asap when there’s a reasonable chance one or both of their targets won’t be able to get back to the pillar. it pipes on ruins where there’s basically nowhere to line it
