Just wondering what Tank class everyone thinks is the most broken right now
Here’s a tier list of tanks that are viable for clearing content

Every tank is viable and competent in WotLK but Paladin has the most survival tools so people consider them the best. You can literally cheat death every 2 minutes with Ardent Defender, you have multiple shields, Lay on Hands effectively cheats death again, and your AoE damage is top tier as far as tanks go. The only thing I miss about tanking as blood DK is AMS for dragon breaths, big spells, etc but that’s a minor tradeoff in the grand scheme of things.
realistically, prot paladins are not lay on hands-ing themselves, because it causes forbearance while self casting. So between the choice of using shield wall or lay on hands, shield wall is the better choice in almost all scenarios.

You can do both, forbearance only lasts a minute.
Forbearance lasts 2 minutes, the same as Divine Protection (shield Wall)
2 min cooldown, 2 min forbearance
I think in TBC it was 1 minute, but wings also caused forbearance. Wings doesnt cause forbearance anymore, but it does put both bubbles on a 30 second cooldown.
Remove paladins from the game!
