Absolutely not, for NA it’s probably Kubzy because he can play any class like it’s his main.
Pikaboo isn’t even top 5 best Rogue in NA.
Golden Guardians have always been reliant on Hunter being meta so Jellybeans can carry.

Pika’a team reminds me of Karl Malone’s Jazz. Good but can never beat Jordan’s Bulls in the finals. So I guess he’s the Karl Malone of wow.

I think if we take longevity into consideration, its probably Cdew currently. Not only can he multi-class on nearly every healer at high proficiency, but he’s usually good at playing a variety of comps and can acclimate to different metas consistently.
I feel like the closest metaphorical statement for Pika in regards to sports is being someone like Aaron Rodgers/Pat Mahomes. Both QBs have one hell of an arm talent with an insane skillset that helps them display their flashy/mechanical strengths unlike anyone other QB. Pika is probably one of the few rogues in this game that has the tendency to make things very unpredictable and can catch you off guard even when you think you’re playing it perfectly. Every other competitive rogue (based on my observations) has had a textbook playstyle - driven off game knowledge. Obviously now that the game is centered around having a profound understanding of cooldowns (for a few years now), it favors more of that paradigmatic style of play.
