I’m looking on moving from my main’s server ( Sisters of Elune and Windrunner ) was looking at something high pop. It seems if a server isn’t high pop it’s kinda dead… I’m thinking of Onyxia, Illidan, or WA. Illidan seems kinda scary TBH. I do like RP and I do sometimes play on WA but I don’t think I could deal with that as a main server. But I’ve never heard anything from Onyxia, is it good?

No tbh I don’t know the horde vs ally pop… do you know if its a good server for horde?
yeah its primarily horde afaik
it has a decent mix of canadian, american, pve, pvp and casual

Never seen it so its probably a dead realm. Never go to a dead realm unless you have a bunch of friends there imo.

I have no idea what that server is.
If I have to ask what that server is, it’s definitely not good.
If it isn’t one of the megaservers, it definitely isn’t worth starting there.
If the server isn’t Illidan/Area-52/Mal’ganis/Thrall/Tichondrius/Bleeding Hollow for Horde or Stormrage/Sargeras for Alliance, it is not a server worth talking about whatsoever.

Proudmoore’s most noteworthy guild by a huge margin, Formality, transferred to Thrall this tier. None of the other guilds on that server are even close to Formality’s level by comparison.
If this were last tier I’d have probably listed Proudmoore there, but that server is rapidly dying because more and more Alliance guilds are going Horde on the aforementioned servers. Only Sargeras and Stormrage are notable nowadays.
EDIT: Also forgot to mention Frostmourne but that’s OCE.

You might also check out Tichondrius and Mal’Ganis. It’s not too bad here on Hyjal.
Fair I might go to Illidan but have a vibe person on Onyxia bc it seems to bc highly pop but nothing happends LUL
i wouldn’t recommend illidan or tichondrius and the like if youre more casual and like rp and things like that
they have a great scene for sweaty top tier endgame content, but you wont find a lot of casual friendly and like minded people there imo
What goes on on in Tichondrius? is it like the budget Illidan LUL?
tichondrius has a lot of top pvp, illidan does too but illidan is also a major chinese hub and i believe they have more top 100 prog guilds and carry sellers than tichondrius does, but i could be wrong
i’ve never played on tichondrius but from what i’ve seen it’s just really sweaty and unfriendly. it’s like the opposite of a dad server
