I used to love this utility during WoD but its sadly fallen short during legion due to titanforging and such. Has it been fixed since?

AMR is actually pretty good.
Picks out the best gear for you in your possession. Sims are very close if not better than raidbots. The layout us simpler to use. They even give you a break down of your rotation depending what talents you have including, for example, why this ability should be used first or if its worth waiting for an ability + the dps comparing them.
They have a feature that tells you which bosses are best to use your token on. They tell you exactly which m+ has an upgrade for you and you can set the upgrade threshold higher or lower depending on your needs.
They recently introduced a new feature that tells you which pieces of gear that you own are safe to get rid off. This was a huge godsend as I had way too many pieces of gear afraid that I mightve sold something useful. You can also customize the dmg % threshold for your needs.
The only thing I like raid bots over AMR is their stat weights. Everything else AMR is much easier to use even for long simulations.
I payed 12$ for a year, easy.

The number produced is not what matters. The functionality of the sim does. AMR is not good in that regard.
It giving you a higher sim dps doesn’t make it better.

AMR is inaccurate, and is publicly decried and discredited by every credibly theorycrafter and serious player across every class and spec.

It isn’t inaccurate bud. I said it is closer if not better than raid bots because when I actually compare in game to the simulations on both AMR and raidbots I get more accurate results with AMR. IDK where you getting the higher sim comment from.

I never said anything about simming stat weights. What I meant was Stat weights are easier to comprehend in Raidbots.

How do you quantify that. Do you expect me to believe you understand how to read a sim APL? (ignoring the fact that amr refuses to publicly release their apl)

It works both ways, bud. You can do the same. If you don’t thats fine I’m not worried about it. I have used both and have been using raidbots way before AMR and simulationcraft way before raidbots.

Those are the quotes I could pull up from Archimtiros, Munkky, Sal, Macrologia, Corejo, on and on.
There’s a reason it’s publicly decried. Things like telling monks to use Chi Wave and Way of the Crane, Or advising the stacking of one-of traits (traits that are very strong for the first stack, but additional stacks are weak or near worthless in value)
Things like your HoA being simmed as though it was base item level when you first receive it from Magni, as long as up to 8.1. Things like one of the quotes pointed out, sims where you had downtime as a melee, but still generated the same total amount of resources as on sims where you were supposedly having 100% uptime, a la patchwork.
This isn’t coming out of nowhere, and if you actually understood how sims worked, you’d understand that, too. Seriously, go. Ask in a class discord, any of them, if AMR has issues, if it’s a quality service or if it’s a “dumpster fire”.
It had it’s uses for reforging back in MoP. Since then? No.
And I still do not believe you understand what a sim APL is.
