I dont see the trade text on the item but if I win an item in a group and someone else wants it can I trade it to them?
No, can’t trade loot in dungeons. If it’s BoP and you win it, it’s stuck on you.
Anything BoE is tradeable in Classic.
Anything that drops as BoP is yours only.
