I have 60 garrisons, most of which have level 3 Managerie buildings. For the past 2 days Lio The Lioness (who manages the Managerie) has not offered the daily pet battle quest. Is this a new feature? Does she have memory problems? Or, has the quest been removed?

I’ve noticed the same thing. She still has the weekly quest but has not had the daily quest since the Tuesday reset.
It seems like since TWW went live there’s been one problem after another in the Garrisons.
For example, when I pick herbs in the Garrison herb garden they dont always transfer to my backpack as they did before. I need to manually click on a window to “loot” the herb after I picked it - which is super annoying when you’re looking at doing that some 600 times a day! Also, that “bug” docent happen ob every character, or every node - which makes it even more confusing.
Another thing is that before the change if I used my Garrison hearthstone while inside my garrison it transported me to the commend table, which is very convenient! Now, it transports me to the exact same spot where I’m standing, which is totally useless! So, that’s another bug.
Now Lio The Lioness is bugged as well - what’s going on?

Last 2 days nothing, I did have Erris the Collector show up and work normally

Lio The Lioness finally gave me the daily quest; so, if might be fixed?
The issue with picking herbs & looting them from the Garrison herb garden is still broken.
My Garrison hearthstone (toy) still only teleports me to the exact spot where I’m standing.
I understand that the whole Garrison system is an old part of the game, and the designers of that system may be long gone but the fact is there are still millions of players who enjoy their Garrisons every day. So, please fix

Once again, Lio The Lioness has not reset
Also, Eris the Collector gave me the daily quest, I WON the pet battle (twice), and now it won’t let me turn in the completed quest

Liio The Lioness has not reset. I abandoned the quest still in log from yesterday that was never counted as “completed”. She gave me the new daily quest and I won that pet battle again; however, she still will not let me turn in and complete the quest (no reward).
Eris the Collector gave me the daily quest, and I was able to turn it in for a reward. Not sure if the reward was for today’s quest from her, or if it was from yesterday’s pet battle.
Then, I logged in another character on my account who also has a level 3 Managerie, I completed the quest with that character and Lio finally gave me the reward!
