GDKP wouldn’t work since majority of the raid would be on different severs.
You can’t pop open trade & fork over the gold, you’d have to allocate gold to one s4ver then find multiple traders on all the different realms the raiders are in willing to swap gold for you (they take a cut)
It does have more restrictions than before. But I can still need on any weapon I can equip, and I can equip a lot of weapons.

This is where you get it wrong. Most rich people have gold in multiple realms. And a GDKP from heroics in the first months can get you a lot of gold, enough to buy a wow token for example and save your gold on your main realm.
Yeah… unless they’ve taken my rogues ability to equip bows like we could back in the day… I’ll be able to need to daggers, swords, 1h maces, bows… will be interesting to see how this all folds out.

I didn’t take any screenshots, but it looks like your role is a key factor when rolling on loot.
So, if a Resto Shaman and a Enhancement Shaman roll on a shield, it looks like the Resto would get priority (in LFR at least).

Considering it’s shared stats now, it’s a dumb move. Just because you are healer doesn’t mean you have priority on loot.

You’re only thinking in the perspective of a participant attending just to make some extra gold.
The level of complexity required to move millions of gold around on dozens of servers every week & the fact that you cannot trade gold cross server using the trade window, so everyone will have to make a down payment of at least 1 mil (hc raid pieces will go for mil+ week 1 & 2) is just not feasible.
MS > OS is a very common rule, so I don’t know why this is an issue to you.

does anyone know if you ahve to wait until the loot is rolled for before leaving an LFR group? Just finished an LFR and got instant queue into another LFR before the loot was distributed.
It should get mailed to you if you win it.
it autopasses you if you don’t click anything, not sure about what happens if you do click something though (Lost out on loot fo sire because I click to join the next group)
You still would need to pass the loot for GDKP to matter.
