Hopefully not and to be honest it shouldn’t be “Legend”, it should be more like pit scoundrel or pitfighter or w/e, it’s a complete mongofest.
Definitely for the less popular specs. It’s what, 1k people above 1k rating per title? We’ll probably see low cutoffs for specs like Blood or Vengeance as there’ll just be nobody queuing them enough, but also a reduced amount of titles.
